In the admin interface of TopSale under Admin > Settings > under the Orders section, find the setting for "Generic Order Approval Manager Contact Email".


If an email address is defined here, it will cause the order approval email notifications to only be sent to this email address instead of to each user in the Order Approval Manager group. You can define a comma seperated list here for multiple addresses.


Only the email addresses defined here will be emailed about order approvals. If you leave it blank, then users in the Order Approval Manager group will be emailed.
